Our truck fleet management and analysis system provides you with an easy and convenient way to monitor your trucks. As well as supporting your truck fleet, it may help you to reduce operating expenses, provide greater efficiencies and highlight areas of concern with vehicles or drivers. Information is logged and stored on the vehicles onboard computer and can be transferred between the vehicle and a PC via a variety of means. The PC software operates on most standard windows systems and due to its modular structure, can be extended at anytime in the future.

As well as providing a means of data collection and storage the onboard computer can provide access to a machine (in addition to or instead of an ignition key) using Smart Cards. Access can then be easily limited via the software and these smart cards. Each of these data cards, may contain access and restriction information for one or more vehicles and also limit access by such things as time of day.

As well as recording data to the datacard, information is also held in the long term memory of the vehicle for later download and as a means of backup. When transferred to PC, this data can be illustrated as graphics or tables.

The data stored / obtainable can include:

	Data concerning any and all objects managed i.e. vehicles, batteries, data cards, personnel, etc
	Operating data such as periods of time, usage during operation and treatment of trucks
	Technical documentation of a truck on CD Rom including operating instructions, maintenance lists and check plans
	A damage system, which may record the truck speed, tilting angle, acceleration, switch settings, etc to enable you to draw accurate conclusions with regards to accidents

	Service Contract Management (including Service Scheduling)
	Call / Breakdown Management
	Workshop Job Management
	Hire Contract Management
	Stock Control, including Engineering Van Stock

The system holds an extensive database of equipment maintained and serviced by ourselves, as well as our own equipment.

Full information is held on each vehicle, mast, battery, charger etc allowing us to attend site confident in the technical expertise of our engineer on that particular truck and the availability of parts.

Service calls are logged on a live basis, together with a due date and priority to ensure our customers receive the best service possible. This data then forms the basis of our reports, which can be presented in tabular or graph form.

We believe the more data input, the better prepared we are to provide you with a report tailored to your needs on a regular or one off basis.
